The Knowledge-driven Leader 2022 Gala has come and gone
The golden confetti has settled on the floor of the White Hall. Many thanks to all the splendid visiting speakers, invited guests and partners who made the gala such a success. Together, we made it an unforgettable experience.
On 27 October 2022, the Knowledge-driven Leader 2022 Gala brought together for the fourth time top decision-makers from a range of organisations to discuss and consider knowledge-driven management solutions. The gala got off to a vigorous start. With professional finesse, our wonderful host Emilia Lehtinen got us all tuned in and ready. Then the compact and thought-provoking presentations from Pekka Vuorela (Innolink), Ville Solja (Kiilto Family) and Katri Soini (Afry) opened up new perspectives and concrete ideas for knowledge-driven growth, change and renewal.
After the break, we got to enjoy a panel discussion spiced with humour. The topics included how to harness knowledge to support change management, and the panel participants included Inka Leisio (Lassila&Tikanoja), Timo Laaksonen (If Insurance) and Emil Ackerman (Wellbeing services county of Pirkanmaa). Moderating the discussion was Innolink’s Petteri Halmela, who carried the evening forward with his energetic approach. Next came Nando Malmelin’s fantastic keynote speech. Bringing together the themes of the day, Malmelin addressed the difficulty of renewal and offered tools for overcoming the obstacles. The gala’s excellent content raised many questions and thoughts and generated plenty of fruitful discussion.
Over the course of the evening, the atmosphere built towards the climax of the event – the announcement of the Knowledge-driven Leaders of 2022, who had been selected by the gala jury, and then the presentation of the awards.
Many congratulations to the Knowledge-driven Leaders of 2022!

Partnering for insightful knowledge-driven management
“Ensuring a good customer experience is not just a lofty goal – it really boosts the bottom line. Companies seeking to develop in this area do indeed pay attention to measuring customer experience in a broad manner, but partnering with external experts can bring even better results – more insightful knowledge-driven management.” Read more about the theses of Innolink Group CEO Pekka Vuorela, which were discussed at the Knowledge-driven Leader 2022 Gala on 27 October 2022.
