Online services as the key to success

The way German consumers purchase and use energy is currently undergoing a shift, and they want to buy all services directly from one provider online. The web platform White Label Platform, developed by the German energy and environmental service provider badenova, offers an easy to use and customer friendly all-in-one interface for services provided by energy enterprises.

Innolink Germany carried out a survey for badenova customers and other consumers in the summer of 2020. The survey charted the purchasing and consumption habits and preferences of energy and digital products and services among German consumers in particular.
