At Innolink Staff, Alla works as an international coordinator, and in addition to Finnish, Alla’s working languages ​​are English, Russian and Ukrainian. He has studied international relations at university and graduated in Ukraine with a master’s degree in foreign policy. In her home country, Alla has worked as a chief expert in the international relations department of the city government. In Finland, before moving to Innolink Staff, he worked in a consulting company that supports the internationalization and export of Finnish companies. As a research interviewer, Alla did e.g. research project for Russia and Ukraine at Focuslink Oy.

In Finland, Alla has graduated as a business interpreter.
